Ja miałem podobny problem zaraz po zainstalowaniu modemu Sagem, szybkość transmisji prawie zerowa i ciągłe komunikaty - nie można wyświetlić strony. z tym że u mnie na wskazniku SAGEM po lewj stronie wskazywało prawie ciągle max. a po prawej blisko zera. Ponowna instalacja XP po formacie dysku nic nie dała, komp był zawirusiony i z trojanami. Usuwanie ich ani Kaspersky ani NOD32 nic nie dawało przez kilka minut bylo dobrze, a potem znowu klops. Pomógł mi dopiero Fdisk, teraz neo idzie bezbłędnie.
