k = 1000
K = 1024

Chociaż i tak wszyscy to mieszają :-)
Czyli Twój transfer z chipa to 6,35*1024*8 bitów/s ==> 52kb/s
a te 128kb/s Twojej Neo to teoretyczna przepustowość łącza w kierunku 'od
Ciebie', w drugą stronę jest 512kb/s. Czyli w większości przypadków szybkość
transferu będzie ograniczana po stronie serwera (np. w/w chipa.pl), a nie
przez Twoje łącze...
