Winno być: "Can you tell me what the most dangerous animal in THE
world is?".

"Who are you?" - mamy tu inwersję podmiotu (you) i orzeczenia (are),
bo w zdaniu oznajmującym podmiot występuje przed orzeczeniem, np. "You
are a doctor".

"Could you tell me who you are?" - mamy tu zdanie wprowadzające (Could
you tell me (who)); sam ten fragment (Could you tell me?) jest zdaniem
pisali zdanie twierdzące, dodając tylko WHO.

"What is the most dangerous animal in the world?" - mamy tu inwersję
podmiotu (the most dangerous animal in the world) i orzeczenia (is).
Ale w zdaniu "Can you tell me what the most dangerous animal in the
world is?" nie ma potrzeby inwersji, bo na początku zdania występuje
ZDANIE pytające: "Could you tell me?", wiec całe zdanie piszemy tak,
jakbyśmy pisali zdanie twierdzące (np. "The most dangerous animal in
the world is a tiger"), dodając tylko słówko WHAT.

Co do zdania nr 1, to trzeba sobie skonstruować zdanie oznajmujące -
brzmi ono: "There are seven bottles in the fridge". Zdanie bez słówka
THERE, tzn. "Seven bottles are in the fridge", byłoby bardzo
dziwaczne, nie należy tak pisać.
A zatem pytamy: "How many bottles are there in the fridge?" - inwersja
ARE i THERE.
początku (Do you know (how many)?), to sytuacja jest tak jak wyżej,
twierdzące: "Do you know how many bottles there are in the fridge?",
połączyć z "how many".

też: "Do you know", "Can you tell me", Have you got any idea", "Do you
think" - i wiele, wiele innych.

zdania. To żadna rozsądna reguła.
