thunderbird ściąga wiadomość kilka razy

Witam!

Problem mój polega na tym iż thunderbird pobiera kilka razy (dzieje się
 to nie tylko na jednym komputerze a w całej firmie) tą samą wiadomość z
serwera (poczta firmowa na strefa.pl). Co może być przyczyną i czy ktoś
zna taki przypadek ?
