Czy ktoś z Was może oriwntuje się jak sie ma sprawa auta zastępczego
gdy:
mam umowę kupna nowego auta z Salonu. Podany termin realizacji ( który
już minął ). A nowego auta nie mam bo jeszcze je produkują. Czy w
takiej sytuacji mam prawo rządać od dilera auta zastępczego??? W
umowie nić takiego nie ma. Jest tylko że mam prawo odstąpić od umowy.
Auto będzie autem osoby prywatnej a nie firmowym.
Ktoś z Was miał taki problem.
