Spadające obroty silnika przy naciskaniu hamulca

Witam. Samochód to Renault Megane z 1999 r, 1.9 D. Mam problem tego typu: Silnik pracuje na "biegu jałowym". Prawą nogą zwiększam obroty silnika np: do 3000. Lewa noga na hamulec i obroty wówczas spadają do 900. W czym jest problem? Co sprawdzić? KA-RAM-BA
