Mam pytanie dotyczac logiki mat. Drobna kwestia. Co oznacza symbol
wykrzyknika przed kwantyfikatorem ogólnym? Gdzieś wyczytałem, że oznacza to
"dla prawie każdego", ale nie rozumiem tego sformułowania, jest dla mnie
zbyt mało precyzyjne. Czy ktoś może mi udzielić informacji plus ewentualnie
kilka konkretnych przykladów zastosowania tego symbolu?
