Nie, nie jest. Każda linijka zaczynająca się od hash ("#") jest traktowana
jako komentarz. Musisz mieć dwa wpisy, które będą wyglądały dokładnie tak:
t,411,192.168.1.2/411
u,411,192.168.1.2/411
Wtedy przekierowanie będzie działało.
