a co widzisz po wpisaniu w konsoli komendy ifconfig -a

jesli jest pppoe - znaczy się ze tepsa cos miesza - potrzebujesz paczki do 
wykrycia martwego polaczenia - problem byl opisywany (www.google.pl)

jesli nie ma pppoe i jest tylko lo, eth0 i eth1 to zajrzyj w logi - czy 
serwer probuje polaczyc się z neostrada - moze cos masz w konfiguracji a 
moze np. szlag cos na łączu tarfiło. Mnie sie kiedys sypnął spliter i gubil 
mi synhronizację - net byl ale nic nie mozna bylo otworzyc itd...
