W ostatnim zdaniu napisane jest:
Jeśli nie używasz Freesco jako bramki internetowej i chcesz aby był on 
lokalnym serwerem DHCP wtedy odpowiedz "s" na poniższe pytanie.

Szczerze mówiąc nie bardzo łapię o co chodzi na początku, chyba chodzi o 
tryb gdzie freesco jest serwerem dhcp ale nie jest jednocześnie bramką 
mimo, że ją rozgłasza.
Chyba w większości polskich wypadków nie ma takiego zastosowania.

Zatem poszukaj gdzieś indziej, w 0.2.7 adresy dhcp konfigurowało się 
razem z interfejsem i tam być może jest to nadal.
