Kto by pomyslal ze na onecie cos ciekawego mozna znalezc, a jednak.
Pisza taka rzecz:
"Właściciele barów w amerykańskim stanie Minnesota mają nowy sposób na
omijanie zakazu palenia. Dzięki lukom w prawodawstwie palenie papierosów
z niezdrowego nałogu przekształcili w sztukę sceniczną - i klienci mogą
znów palić do woli.(...)Prawo zezwala (...) na palenie przez aktorów
podczas przedstawień teatralnych. Dlatego właściciele około stu barów w
całym stanie przekształcili pomieszczenia w mini-teatry, a klienci stali
się aktorami. Niektórzy barmani drukują nawet oficjalną listę nazwisk -
jako obsadę - a popielniczki stały się rekwizytami." (Onet.eu -
http://wiadomosci.onet.pl/1707229,28350,wiadomosceu.html)

Pomyslalem sobie, to jest mysl i postanowilem sprawdzic czy w brytyjskim
  prawodawstwie istnieje podobny przepis i oto on: (a takze jeden
dodatkowy dotyczacy sklepow tytoniowych)

"Performers

6. Where the artistic integrity of a performance makes it appropriate
for a person who is taking part in that performance to smoke, the part
of the premises in which that person performs is not smoke-free in
relation to that person during his performance.
Specialist tobacconists

7.---(1) The shop of a specialist tobacconist that is being used by
persons who are sampling cigars and pipe tobacco is not smoke-free for
the duration of that sampling if it---

(a) has a ceiling and, except for doors and windows, is completely
enclosed on all sides by solid, floor-to-ceiling walls;

(b) does not have a ventilation system that ventilates into any
smoke-free premises;

(c) does not have any door that opens onto smoke-free premises which is
not mechanically closed immediately after use; and

(d) is clearly marked as premises in which smoking is permitted.

(2) In this regulation "cigar" has the same meaning as in the Tobacco
Products (Descriptions of Products) Order 2003(3) and "specialist
tobacconist" has the same meaning as in section 6(2) of the Tobacco
Advertising and Promotion Act 2002(4)."

Az sie dziwie ze jeszcze nic takiego jak teatry dla palaczy nie powstalo
ani ze w sklepach tytoniwych nie powstaly miejsca do "testowania" tytoni.
