Niegdyś złożyłem podanie  do Ratusza na przydział mieszkania "counsilowskiego". Dostałem zgodę i jestem w trakcie wybierania i oglądania. Nie są to mieszkania (flaty) zbyt tanie. Moje zarobki to minimum wage. Mam więc pytanie : czy jak już dostanę to mieszkanie od Counsil'u to czy wtedy będę mógł się ubiegać o Home Benefit ?
