Kupiłem swój samochód w UK w 2007 r. i miałem jednego obezpieczyciela (w 
UK). Obecnie jednak zmieniłem ubezpieczuciela, w czasie wypełniania 
ankiety wypełniłem pole NCB że 5 lat nie mam wypadku i myślałem ze w 
razie czego byłe polisy wystarczą, ale ubezpieczyciel upiera się i 
wysłał mi taki list :

I have attached the criteria for acceptable proof of no claims bonus 
below, please make sure any documents you send meet all of these 
requirements;

Acceptable proof of no claims bonus can be either a renewal invitation 
or a proof of bonus letter. Certificates, schedules or statements are 
not acceptable. In addition, the document you send must include the 
following;

1) Number of years no claims bonus
2) Policy number
3) Date the policy expired/ cancelled
4) Must clearly be on headed paper
5) Be in your name as the policy holder
6) Be less than 24 months old from another UK Insurer
7) Not be currently used on another vehicle
8) Have been earned on a private car policy
9) Not be from Private Hire or Motorcycle policies

These documents can be obtained from your previous insurer.
