 Juz Ci kochanie ide z pomoca :) Sprawdzilem gdzie trzeba (czyt. strony Home
Office'u) i teraz juz wiem, ze dzieki planowanemu przystapieniu Polski do UE
w przyszlym roku, Polacy nie musza wnosic oplat tak wysokich przy staraniu
sie o wize.
I teraz wszyscy moga spac spokojnie :)

When will IND begin to charge for applications for leave to remain in the
UK?

Charging begins on 1 August 2003. We will not charge for any application
with a July postmark.


How much is IND charging for services?

Postal service

The charge is Ł155 if you send your application by post.

Premium service

The charge is Ł250 if you make your application in person. Not all
applications are suitable for this service.



Is anyone exempt from the charges?

The following are exempt from the charges:

  a.. people applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain on the grounds of
domestic violence where, at the time of making the application, the
applicants appear to be destitute;

  b.. nationals of Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia,
Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey and their
dependants who are applying for leave to remain under the terms of a
European Community Association Agreement.
