Nie przejmuj sie nim, to kawalek kernela, ktory nie obciaza procesora.
Sluzy do zmniejszenia zuzycia energii. Zuzycie zasobow przez niego spada
od razu, kiedy te sa potrzebne. Jesli chcesz to wylaczyc, musisz raczej
zrekompilowac jajko...
