Sprawdz czy nie blokujesz portu ftp. Usluga ftp dziala na dwoch
portach: 21 (dla komend) i 20 (dla danych). Zeby ci firewall
przepuszczal ruch ftp, oba porty musza byc odblokowane.

Jesli masz ustawione reguly firewalla tak, ze wszystko blokuje, to
musisz napisac komende, ktora przepuszcza ruch na tych portach.
