To wtedy rozpakuj źródła i zrób ./configure Wygeneruje się Makefile i
będziesz mógł zrobić make uninstall. 
A jeśli się to nie uda, to można zrobić kompilacje jeszcze raz i
zainstalować przez make DESDIR=/tmp/program install
W katalogu /tmp/program będziesz miał strukturę katalogów analogiczną do
tej jaka się zainstalowała w /usr/local (zapewne). Nie pozostaje nic
innego jak szukanie plików według struktury w /tmp/program i ich ręczne
usuwanie.
