Core Duo czy Core 2 Duo? To jest różnica, jeśli się nie mylę to Core 
Duo jest tylko 32-bitowy. 
Z flashem pod amd64 nie ma problemu. Możesz albo wykorzystać nspluginwrapper
albo natywny flash 10.
