	Maciek Mackowi nie rowny, nie odpowiadam samemu sobie :-)

	Sprawdz czy w /etc/rcX.d masz dowiazanie do /etc/init.d/rmnologin. 
Dowiazanie to powinno byc na koncu listy np.: S99rmnologin.
