W jaki sposób dodać bibliotekę np curl , bo dodałem w using i pokazuje błąd, 
jak to zrobić ?

Witaj,
najpierw musisz dodać biblioteke w "References" projektu
dopiero potem możesz w uzing dodawać namespace zdefiniowane w danej 
bibliotece
