Warning 1 Could not resolve this reference. Could not locate the assembly 
"iFV, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null". Check to make 
sure the assembly exists on disk. If this reference is required by your 
code, you may get compilation errors. iFV

Nie mam pojęcia, czym to spowodowałem :-(
Aplikacja działa poprawnie :-)

Sprawdź "references" w projekcie. Tam powinieneś znaleźć winnego. Ja tak
miałem, jak się wersja biblioteki zależnej zmieniła na dysku. Pomogło
usunięcie referencji i dodanie jej ponownie.
