zrobilem:

   NumberFormatInfo fi = new NumberFormatInfo();
   fi.NumberDecimalSeparator = "."
   d_value = Double.Parse( col, fi );

  i faktycznie dziala !!!

  a jak zmienic ustawienia dla celego programu - bo dosc
nieszczesliwie wyglada wyswietlanie liczb zmiennoprzecinkowych z
przecinkiem;) ?
