Mozna na przyklad tak:

SqlDataAdapter daAdapter = new SqlDataAdapter(SqlCommand1,
connection);
DataSet dsDataSet = new DataSet();

daAdapter.Fill(dsDataSet, "NaToCzekalem");

connection.Close();

A potem na przyklad:
MessageBox.Show(dsDataSet.Tables["NaToCzekalem"].Rows.Count.ToString());
