Witam,

bawię się MS SQL Notification Services poprzez klasę SqlDependency i 
wszystko fajnie działa z tym, że oprócz informacji, że w tabeli powstał nowy 
insert, update, delete to chciałbym znać np. id zmienionego rekordu, 
ostatnio dodanego.

Jak to załatwić? Czy da się to zrobić poprzez SqlDependency czy mam zakładać 
trigera na monitorowanej tabeli, który zapisze mi te potrzebne informacje do 
specjalnej tabeli z logami.
