Welcome to the NewsGroup.
This FAQ is here to help
you (if your visiting for the first time), to understand what to expect from
this news group, and what the newsgroup expects from you.

1) PLEASE KEEP ALL TOPICS X-COM BASED. If you have to tell someone about
your adventures in C&C or CIV-2 ect.ect, please do so on a different
newsgroup, there are plenty of other newsgroups out there that would love to
hear from you.

2) FLAMERS. It would be nice and different ( compared to some other
newsgroups ), if we could keep our conversasions , pleasent, funny, and
encouraging. The last thing any of us want to do is download messages full
of slander and nasty comments towards each other.

3) INTRODUCE YOURSELF. If you are new why not Introduce yourself to the news
group and tell us a little about yourself and your X-COM Xcapades.

4) SPAMMERS. Please do not encourage them by replying to their adds. We
dont mind you putting up links to other sites, as long as they are X-com
related sites. Also, please dont use the newsgroup as a place to talk to
friends about what you bought from shopping, or who's mum is the fattest.
That is also spam and junk mail most of us dont want to read.

                                      THANKYOU
