I just released ANOTHER new version of XcomUtil.  Version 9.42 contains a
circumvention for a bug in RunXcom when using the DosBoxCvs emulator.  It also
contains translated Ufopedia entries for my New Laser feature when running on
the Spanish version of XCOM, thanks to José Ignacio Rodríguez.
