Hi,

I have the x-com 1 collector edition.

During the intro there are no sound effects only midi playing ?

Also during the game it sometimes freezes a little bit.

I have tried xcom1fix.exe but that doesn't fix the sound problem.

Is there a way to make the sound work better :)

ok I also found musfix.dll

How do I use that... just adding it to a folder doesn't see like the
solution.

?

Hmm tried out... the exe should load it... automatically.

Music is playing fine, still no intro sound effects.

Try the XCom bug fix from http://f0dder.cjb.net as it includes the audio
problem fixes for Collector's Edition.

collector edition also crashes a lot :((
