You can simply direct the loader by typing this at the command prompt: ldr_xcom2.exe terror.exe (or whatever the executable happens to be for tftd) or in a shortcut to the loader, put something like this in the target: "C:\xcom2\ldr_XCOM2.exe" C:\xcom2\Terror~1.exe or rename the tftd executable to "Terror From the Deep.exe" -Micah micahdg@xcomufo.com www.xcomufo.com "Markus" <light4@gmx.net> wrote in message news:<bd7t8p$kc4$06$1@news.t-online.com>... > thanx, that worked for ufo (just renamed the file), can you please post the > filename for xcom2 tftd? > > "Alfie Finch" <alfiefinch@yahoo.co.uk> wrote in message > news:bd7k7p.2d8.1@news.delphia.co.uk... > > Some time on Mon, 23 Jun 2003 12:22:28 +0200, "Markus" <light4@gmx.net> > > posted that: > > > > >when using the xcom/ufo loader in winxp this gives me a > > >"cant create process" error. > > >i knew how to fix it, but i have forgotten and cant find the info on the > net > > >anymore. > > >perhaps someone can explain or just post the link > > >thanx > > > > > > > Typically, the loader can't find the program, so make sure it's in the > > same directory and the file is named correctly (UFO Defense.exe) > > > > More info at http://www.xcomufo.com/faqfull.txt > > > > -- > > Alfie > > <http://www.delphia.co.uk/> > > A Law of Computer Programming: Make it possible for programmers to write > in English and you will find the programmers cannot write in English. > >
