It's 50 for each intact power source. Therefore;

Small Scout        0
Medium Scout    50
Large Scout        50
Harvester           100
Abductor           100
Terror Ship        100
Battleship           200
Supply Ship        100

You get 200 from each base assault.

As for Zrbite, I'm afraid I don't have the data to hand (ie can't find it in
the strategy guide). The rule is the same, though - you can extract 50
Zrbite from each power source that's intact at the end of the mission. The
ornaments on the bottom floor of the Fleet Supply Cruiser (the ones with the
cube balanced on a stalk, that are arranged in front of the doors to the
small rooms) are worth extra Zrbite.

I believe the Colony and Synomium Site missions yield 200 Zrbite each,
although it's a couple of years since I played TFTD.
