Y'know, money getting passed around, all that sort of thing. > What will they do next? Release their new "original" game titled "3/4 > Life", that will be "inspired by" Half-Life? Quite possibly. Although I'm waiting for 2006 when "Horror From The Heap" is due for release. > Whatever remains of Microprose should sue the asses off the titheads Whatever remains? That would be the word "Microprose," unfortunately. And a vast back catalogue of fond memories. > BTW, it looks like dog's vomit, too - > take a look at the screenshots from "X-Com: Genesis" - it's much older, > but looks 100 times better than this junk... The trouble with Genesis was that it was only a demo. We have no way of knowing what kind of machine it was running on, or what kind of framerate was achieved. So comparisons are out of the window. At least Aftermath is finished, on sale and working. At the end of the day, the sad fact is that there's only one superlative designer of squad-based combat gamery in the business. And he's far too busy with Laser Squad Nemesis right now. *Satis howard_offtherails at hotmail.com Don't get hurt.
