If you haven't got Mag Ion armour you aren't going to win, basically. Several utilities out there (XComutil, Clark Wehyr's site) will patch this, however, i.e. you can award yourself any technology you want, and this re-enables a winning path. -- Et qui rit des cures d'Oc?
