Like I said, we don't want people posting about hacks, cracks or piracy. Just hang out and talk about the games, OK? > You got to amit I got flamed hard for being a > newbie. All we ask is that you take the time to lurk & learn about the newsgroup before you post. The regulars here know each other very well. You need to understand that we've been here for a long time & have had to deal with hackers before. Sorry, but most of us don't have any patience left for that sort of thing. It's illegal and an insult to the guys who worked so hard to make the games. All I can say is I pay my bill & don't steal. > Guess what, I'm going to > keep offering the game to people. Go right ahead, but someone will complain to your isp, who will most likely close your account for violation of your terms of service. Believe me, your isp will not tolerate using your account for software piracy. > I noticed the other links being posted in here that > disable the copy protection. LOL I really did call Microprose on this and they > said they couldn't help because the game has been discontinued. Newbie > Flaming FREAKS If they tell you it's ok to post their software, make sure you get the authorization in writing. I have a present for you: http://www.ebworld.com/ebx/categories/products/product.asp?pf%5Fid=172122&mscssid=6BTFG7G0XVSH2KKQ00A40SRX3RBS2G6E This is the link to the xcom collectors edition on EBWORLD. It's the first three games ported to windows. I couldn't fing MOO on there, but I have seen it in stores recently.
