Is there anything AFTER Apocalypse??? Well, here is my opinion: if the next X-Com is first person but *with* TU, I'd like it very much. Something like five seconds for the movement in RT, with speed changing depending on the character's speed attribute, and a stamina limit. BUT, turn-based. Let me tell you about Apocalypse: I hated it. They screwed up with X-Com's LOS, and the Surprise Movement screwed up with the turns. And, the RT tactical combat IS NOT the turn based combat. In the turn based combat, you could make your agents act like a squad, like a team. That capability is lost in the RT combat. Also, the vehicle combat in Apocalypse, though an interesting field of improvement, sucks. Tactically, it's very ackward to use. And the manual controls are some of the worse controls I have ever seen. -- Daniel C. Sobral (8-DCS) d...@newsguy.com Make me sad. Make me mad. Make me feel alright?
