Can anybody tell me what's wrong? I'm playing the last mission in the 
"invincible" mode (just to get the game finished anyway) until encountering 
Hobbes. After I kill him, there are lots of Kilrathi appearing on the radar, 
and every time I kill one, another pops up. There seems to be no end.
I suppose Thrakhath should appear, but he doesn't. Is it not allowed to finish 
the game being invincible? What should I do after having killed Hobbes?

    Check your nav map on the waypoint BEFORE you encounter Hobbes. 
You'll see a note from Paladin "Activate cloak before entry, laddie". 
Cloak, then hit autopilot.  There should be four radar contacts when
you arrive: Hobbes, Thrakhath, and two Pakthan bombers.  Just decloak
and take 'em out.  If you don't cloak, though, you'll be slaughtered by
endless waves of Sorthaks (they will not stop...ever).  And while you
CAN finish the game on invincible, shame on you for doing that!

Yes!  And then he shows up when you blow Kilrah.  I guess he must have ejected.  I 
killed him three times in my game... :-)  (The first was when he told me Angel was 
dead after the Behemoth got spanked).

Whadya mean he shows up when you blow Kilrah?  If you're talkin about
the guy that surrenders to you, that's Melek, not Thrakhath.  If you
mean the guy that says "What is this?" when the building crumbles
around him, that's the Emperor.
	  Anyways, it's impossible to kill him 3 times.  Once at the
Behemoth's demise, and then at Kilrah.  After you kill him there, he's
dead for good.
