This is just my opinion on the matter.. but from what I've seen I
agree with you... perhaps a resolution to this matter would be to try
asking him to make a link to your page and "redo" his information etc.
If that doesn't work perhaps try putting up a small note about what
this person has done and ask people to avoid his page like the plague
;p .. like I said just my opinion.

   I finally got in contact with the author and he has removed the offending 
pages.  He claimed that he was only using my pages as a "template" and simply 
forgot to remove them when he went online.  <shrug>
