WC3 Won't load in DOS

I just got WC3 last week and it refuses to load in DOS. I get Read Failed on File:Vesa480.dll or MCGA.DLL. It also says I have a CDROM Read error. It does work in Win95 though which is weird. I've got a P90 w/16MB and a Matrox Millenium 2MB and a 6X CDROM. Could this be a video problem since both files seem to be video related? Any help would be great. Adam Egerter ege...@voicenet.com

You may wanna update your CD-driver. I had problems with the FMVs when
I first got it, and the tech helped me with it by recommending that...
