Hi there,

since Origin's TechSupport is not very responsive, I'd like to ask you guys:

WC3 crashes constantly on my machine with a ciritcal file error (mostly)
or an error 13 (sometimes). These crashes always occur during spaceflight,
never during the movie sequences, and are not reproducible.

I'm running WC3 on a Pentium/75, 8MB RAM, NEC CD-ROM, #9GXE graphic card and
SoundBlaster 16 from a DOS 6.2 bootdisk. I have enough free memory according
to the FAQ. The crashes occur in both VGA and SVGA mode.

I suspect the CD-ROM driver to be out-of-date, but I'm not sure. Does anyone
have a new NEC CD-ROM driver? I'd like to give it a try. (I think the drive
is a quadspin; I'm not sure. It's my roommates computer :-)
