Can anyone tell me the exact time it takes the jump generators to charge?

In case you're puzzled why I would ask such an odd question, the reason
is that I'm trying to find the correct speed at which to run P2 at...

Hmm.. not sure on the exact speed.. but P2 is a bit of a quickie
compared to the average WC game I suppose.

Yeah, that still doesn't help... I mean, I could dig out the box and see
the CPU speed requirement, but it still wouldn't help as Windows running
in the background slows the whole thing down... by how much, though, I
don't know. Thus, the only way I can think of is to find out how much an
event {such as jump generators chargeup} lasts in a "normal" game, and
then simply eperiment with slowdown values until I have it correct.
