Hi all
I have just managed to reinstall prophecy under XP and have a few problems,
1) The videos are really jerky and totally unwatchable the opening movie you
can make out 1 word in the whole thing, 2) there is a slight audio hiss (i
can live with this if i can fix the videos)
My Specs are P4 1.7Ghz 512MB RAM Geforce 4 4400 TI, DVD-ROM/DVD+RW drive
(doesn't make any difference what one i use)

Any ideas?

Reduce the hardware acceleration of your soundcard to none (directX
controls)

If you have full duplex or other features you can disable, do that also.
Obviously you should give rotating your drivers a try.
