I just reloaded WC Prophecy - with my current machine I can switch all the graphic features to max without slowing it down. Nice! Anyway, I played through the first few missions and I was wondering - if you hear someone asking for help, how do you identify easily which of the many ships is theirs so you can help defend them? Now if only I can get somewhere to get a set of speakers so I don't have to use headphones... Rob

Besides using the nav-map, there really isn't a quick way. -- The following is a new Windows message that is under consideration for the planned Windows 2001: * If you are an artist, you should know that Bill Gates owns you and all your future creations. Doesn't it feel nice to have security? [Delete the karl after the @ to avoid my spam trap]

Doesn't the ships appear on the radar as coloured dots, e.g. red dots for enemies and blue dots fr friendly ships. And then you could steer that way. I think you can adjust the range of the radar too. Or am I talking WC 1 -3 now. Haven't played Prophecy yet. With headphones you have no problems with your neighbours:-) D.K. -------------------------------------------------- "blah" <bl...@blah.com> skrev i meddelandet news:b4764j$2mm$2@gnamma.connect.com.au... > I just reloaded WC Prophecy - with my current machine I can switch all the > graphic features to max without slowing it down. I don't know if there is a way, but if the person talking is in your view, their ship will be boxed in white.

But you don't know which of your wingman that is in trouble is which dot. > I think you can adjust the range of the radar too. Only in Privateer 2 IIRC. -- Stupid question of the day: If the "black box" flight recorder is never damaged during a plane crash, why isn't the whole plane made of that stuff?
