This is a question specifically about the innards of the box, so if y ou're running a pirated version, you can pretty much ignore it. I remember that WCIII came with a chart, of all the ships you used in the game. WCIV (Or Prophecy?) Came with a Star-Chart. So I am wondering what comes in each package. I ask because I don't know what comes with the "Collectors' Editions", ie, would you get the same wall-chart you got with WCIII in The Kilrathi Saga, which includes WCIII? Anyone with any version speaking would be handy -- I want to collect all the goodies too, you see. Aside from some Film Cells from WCIV I don't have much... What comes with the Gold Edition of Prophecy, for example? Christ, I really miss Feelies... -Lex

Pros and cons of WCPG versus WCP:
+: Has Secret Ops included
+: Better Manual
-: No Starmap (except for the British version that has the map)
-: Only available in English.

IIRC in PC WC Deluxe Edition I got a Tiger's Claw magazine(manual), 2
ship blueprint sheets, reference card, tech card, and instruction
cards for Secret Missions 1 & 2.

Cheers; My Amiga version of Wing Commander *which just arrived* came with
blueprints for Raptor, Scemitar and Hornet-type fighters. Aswell as the
"Ship's Magazine" and Generic Play Card.

The "Warbirds" poster also came in at least a couple versions. Standard WC3 got black & white, Collectors got color. >WCIV (Or Prophecy?) Came with a Star-Chart. Prophecy standards. Certain Prophecy games also had different manuals with weapons that were ultimately removed from the game. >So I am wondering what comes in each package. Nope.. there's very little overlap between those sorts of things. KS came with a calendar (which just went on ebay), but otherwise was primarily the bigger manual. Some versions of KS had a spiral bound manual. >Anyone with any version speaking would be handy -- I want to collect all the >goodies too, you see. Be aware that different versions of WC1 came with different blueprint sheets. Some were-double sided (only 2 papers), some had four separate pages of blueprints (4 papers). WC1 came in a million different flavors.. ranging from the high and low density 3.5 and 5.25" disc versions, CD versions and special releases, to amiga and international releases. It also came up on Sega CD with full voice, Super Nintendo and the Japanese FM Towns console, among others. Collecting truly every version of WC games is pretty terribly difficult. I've got a dozen or so different WC1's and there are many LOAF and Joe from the Origin Museum have that I don't. http://originmuseum.solsector.net/ Chris Reid Wing Commander CIC Chri...@wcnews.com http://www.wcnews.com
