 I passed all the rest of the Oxford missions. I got access to the library 
and I examined the artifact. I read some stuff about the archiologist on 
Palan, but I can't get to Palan. What to I do next? I'v been to New 
Constantinople, New Detroit, and Perry. Where in the heck do I go next?
