You are the first person I read in this here that nailed Thrakath
earlier and didn't encounter him in the Kilrah mission. I killed
Thrakath earlier but he came back. Is Hobbes there but not Thrakath?
Maybe you have to kill Hobbes first then something happens, maybe
Thrakath will appear or you go stright down to Kilrah.
