	I usually get that problem if I boot up normally.  If, however, you
boot up without the EMM386 (or other mem managers I suppose) and just
use DOS/Windows' HIMEM.SYS then it should be fine (at least that
always worked for me).  I'm surprised that the bootdisk didn't work,
though, since it would usually remove that line from your CONFIG.SYS
file.
