Try uncloaking when you are right on top of Prince Thrakath.  Watch his guns, he's got 
Tachyon guns just like you.  Also, maybe you should have killed Hobbes earlier when you had 
the chance.  Yes, Vaquero does die, but moral goes up, believe it or not.

I play with the keyboard.  Crazy, I know, but it works for me.  Anyway, if you're looking 
for a cheat, then hit ALT-O while flying and turn on invulnerability.
