I'm hoping people won't mind me cross posting an update on this with
good news. I did report this person to the postmaster at their system.
This morning I received a response back thanking me and a number of
others for reporting it and saying the account has been deleted and the
incident reported to other systems servers. Reporting this people DOES
work. To date I have received confirmations from system administrators
of at least a dozen spammer accounts deleted after they were reported by
a couple different users. If we all keep reporting these incidents they
will find it more difficult to get internet access to continue their
activities.

Sorry for the interuption. We now return you to your normally
scheduled newsgroup. :)
