Hi!
I have the Privateer 2: Darkening running fine on a (Windows 95) Pentium 200
Mhz MMX, 4Mb graphic card with an analogue joystick.
And it's also running on my (Windows 98) 550 Mhz Amd K6-2, 32 Mb Geforce 2
graphic card and USB joystick MS  Precision 2.
I think your 200Mhz would do fine with Privateer 2.
For Privateer1 I don't know. Perhaps Message "Privateer" of 2003-02-04 04:59
has an answer!?
