Sorry, didn't realise you couldn't read. Perhaps you could apply your
text-to-voice software to online reviews?

Of course, you could play it for days without touching the main quest.
There were a few bugged random quests, but saving before taking each one
would resolve it.

So wait.

Since when did ignorance become an opinion?

did you know roper and some of his friends left blizzard ?
the publisher vivendi is a real marketing hog, they are
trying to sell blizzard now, for a looong time.
how will the game development continue,
as the creative heads are gone ?
theres no one stopping the marketing from making
cost effective decisions and therefore stripping off
the games quality.

i have seen lots of trailers b4, but usually they dont
have much to do with the actual game.

so what are u talking about ?

Er, the creative heads aren't gone. At the very least, Chris Metzen is
still at Blizzard and he's responsible for a great deal of the
creativity there. Bob Fitch is there, and despite his protestations to
the contrary, he's quite good with the creativity too.

You are all going about this 'questioning of blizzard' the wrong way,
none of you seem to have the slightest clue as to how the current
Battle.net servers work (by the way, they are not owned nor are paid
for by Blizzard Entertainment whatsoever).

WoW will be (once released) will be Blizzard's newest cash-cow, and if
they were to allow WoW users on the freebased Battle.net it would
possiblely crash the whole network. Think about it right now there are
more than 150,000 people using all 6 realms, put another 250,000 on
top of that and you have yourself one hell of a bill of bandwidth for
AT&T, Tesila and the other companys that provide the servers for
Battle.net.

As for this :

>>So what does everyone else think? Do
>> think WoW should be free and possibly ask for donations to play online or
>> should they have a flat monthly fee whether you play the game once a month
>> or 24-7?
>
> Who cares what we think. Blizzard is a company. They want cash. They'll go
>for the best way of getting it.

Donations ? Right, and how many people do you think have that kind of
cash to 'donate' ? Most people (average wage earners) can only just
get away with buying 1 PC game every couple of months add that to the
cost of average internet access and your already down the tubes.

Also, Blizzard is a company, it doesn't 'want cash', they get all the
money they need from Vivendi Universal (their parent company).

Some people have gotten it easy up to here, however that time will
soon run out.
