Set up good defensive positions on the north of your encampment (2 cannon 
towers, 2 balistas, 4 paladins and elven rangers).  Using the holy vision 
spell you should be able to see how many troops the blue orcs have just 
standing around.... If this is more than, say, four you should take a 
paladin and lure them down into your defended camp (make sure you tell 
the troops to STAND)  After reducing the numbers of blue orcs, then you 
should attack the encampment of orcs on the left, followed (after a while 
of healing and rebuilding) attack the encampment on the north (red??).  
The blue you should leave till last, attacking it from three angles.

Some people suggest using guard towers instead of cannon towers.  Their
shots never miss, and they probably reload faster.

I find using a Flying Machine is much better.  The building isn't that
expensive, and one machine usually lasts me the whole scenario.  Usually
I keep it in the moutains to keep the Trolls from pummelling me.

For this one, I first built up my defenses.  This consisted of cannon
towers at each approach to my village.  At one approach that was
attacked frequently I placed an extra supporting guard tower.
Backing up each tower was a ballista and 4 archers.  Finally,
a few knights were available to protect the archers and
join the defense for really large attacks.

For attacks, I would send out a party of two ballistas with
several archers and paladins.  Take it slow and easy when
you attack so your troops aren't uselessly eaten up by orc
towers.  I went north first because my helicopter reported
it to be the weakest and they had a gold mine I needed to
take over.  As soon as the northern orc troops were taken
care of, I sent in peasants to build a new town hall and
guard towers and another barracks.  By the time this town
can defend itself, you should be able to wipe out the town
to the southwest.  After mopping that up, send in a two
pronged attacked to the northwest.

Forget the towers. build two farm to close up the opening. You need to build farm
anyway. Then put a balistas there. when the orc come. they will just stand there
or attack the farm. Your balistas will take care of them. end of story.

When the open path is cut. the computer don't know what to do next.

	First thing is to protect your first city... the raiding parties the computer 
kept sending were wiping out my guys... so i built farms in all the north and west
enterances to my city to block the attackers and placed two cannon towers and
a balista at each closed entrance to take care of the guys beating on my farms...
(then repair them.. :)  after ammasing a huge force of paladins and archers, i 
attacked the southwest city, destroying it, and building a hall... make sure you 
keep youur guys south when laying siege (otherwise the blue guys will jump in).
Then build up both cities... attack the north city wit troops from your original base...
assuming you can take the second city, build another hall and empty the mine.
After building up all three cities, bloodlust shouldn't be able to help any... i used 
my original city to draw the ogres away from the city and attacked from the two flanks.
The bloodshed was incredible! Anyhow.. thers probaably more efficient ways to do it,
but brute force seemed to work just fine :)

   I just whipped the peasants and built a couple of towers near the 
north west and the west gate.  Then I built up a force while draining 
theirs.  Then I attacked then and built towers again to hold off a 
counter attack.  Took a couple of trys but I beat em.

No, only the orange Alterac peasants will attack you. Just kill them 
before they have a chance to get at the good, blue peasants. Then, just 
build up, and stomp the enemy. Be warned-There are 3 towns, including a 
strongly defended Stormweaver (blue) one.
