My priest has 12 followers, 3 of which are rare. My rogue has 9 followers, 1 rare, 1 epic. My warrior however, who was the third of my characters to start the WoD content has 8 followers, 7 of them which are rare. Which seems to me to not really line up with the normal probability of followers being upgraded when you find them. Not that I'm complaining though! >;p I've often found my luck varies a lot, some characters seem to get tons of epic/rare upgrades, others only get a few - looks like your warrior is a lucky one so far! :-)
